  • Break 4 minutes in the 1600m in HS
  • State Champion in HS
  • Run for a Division 1 College 
  • Compete in the National XC and/or T&F NCAA meet

Personal:

I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

Good run! Changed my shoes back to the structure and the Achilles issue went away.. First day of strides 4x200 at mile pace. It was refreshing to run that pace again.

Did a 3 mile city run, 2 miles on the track... then 4x200m strides at 1600m pace and cooled down for .5 miles. Legs were beyond sore from weight training wednesday night.
