Personal:

I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

Nice 4.5 mile run.. Finished an 800 on the track to hit 5 miles and then did 4x200m strides @ 1600 pace. Best I've felt on a run in a long time!!

Mounatin race in the morning. 2 miles to the top of a mountain... got 3rd. climed about 1500 feet. 2.5 miles down the hill. then 3.5 miles later in the day, really sore from the mountain run though.

Great run today!! tried out a new trail and then went to jump into a river. left knee is bothering me. But i think that is due to myself running in old shoes. New ones came today though.

Warmed up for about a mile and a half, Raced the 5k and was really tired. Got barely any sleep the night before and havnt ran in a week since i was at younglife camp. Cramped really bad and that defintely impacted my time. Good mark for this moment in time though.
