Personal:

I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

Nice 4.5 mile run.. Finished an 800 on the track to hit 5 miles and then did 4x200m strides @ 1600 pace. Best I've felt on a run in a long time!!
