Personal: I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

| Mounatin race in the morning. 2 miles to the top of a mountain... got 3rd. climed about 1500 feet. 2.5 miles down the hill. then 3.5 miles later in the day, really sore from the mountain run though.
