Personal: I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

| TIME TRIAL!!! We went out really fast in the 1600 (4:08 Pace) so basically, with where i am at in the season i died out the last two laps... but then after the 1600 i ran a 54 400m dash and was really excited about that. It feels good to race again
