Personal: I have been running ever since I was in kindergarten. Running is without a doubt a life passion of mine and I have been truly blessed with an ability to run. I wouldnt be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and God.

| Warmed up for about a mile and a half, Raced the 5k and was really tired. Got barely any sleep the night before and havnt ran in a week since i was at younglife camp. Cramped really bad and that defintely impacted my time. Good mark for this moment in time though.
